Synopsis
Once each year, a secret winter market blooms in a snow-choked alley, selling impossible wonders from across the planes to anyone who can find it. This year unstable planar magic, tearing tiny rifts that spill frost, echoes, and stray spirits into the city streets is causing chaos unknown to most. The work of a greedy noble who plans to bind the whole bazaar into a private demiplane. What he does not know is the market itself is a semi-sentient planar knot. If forced into a demiplane or shattered by chaos, it could ripple across the city and drag whole districts into wintery nothingness.
