Dirus Prideful: Interdimensional Merchant

Darius Prideful is one of my NPC merchants created for my gaming server. I’ve worked to translate him into a fully modular format so that others can enjoy his personality and shenanigans as well. Darius is a merchant who buys, sells, and rents out a variety of interesting items—including something rather unique: memories. He also offers mounts and accessories for sale. He’s designed to be compatible with most campaigns, and anything that doesn’t fit your setting can be easily removed or adjusted. Darius also sells mystery bags, which you can offer to players. Each bag contains pre-generated items such as potions, magical scrolls, and occasionally a weapon. The bags are meant to be fun and immersive—you can print them as tiny slips of paper and roll them up like miniature scrolls. Each scroll lists the stats of the item inside. Finally, part of Darius’s design allows you to integrate him naturally into your campaign, as he includes options for generating quest hooks, side missions, or story leads.
