Grandmother Verda offers a lifeline: a chest of gold to restore a legend. The Green Darner was once the fastest skiff in the skies, but now it’s a hollow shell hidden in a Northgate barn. To get this relic flying, you must scour the city of Silverpine... then, you have to fly it.

Emerald Gambit is a thrilling urban adventure that takes a party of Level 5 adventurers from the gritty slums of Northgate to the high-society clouds of Highmere. It combines social intrigue, a classic heist, technical skill challenges, and a high-octane aerial race into one cohesive story.

Your players will repair a legendary racing skiff, outmaneuver the arrogant rival Talon Stormvale, and navigate the treacherous architecture of Silverpine at breakneck speeds. But be warned: Verda’s grief runs deep, and the prize she seeks, a Scroll of Wish, might unleash something far more dangerous than a rival pilot.


Adventure Highlights

  • 🛠️ The Restoration: A unique Skill Challenge where players must scavenge parts from the Forge Quarter, infiltrate the Weaving Yards for Wyvern-Silk, and negotiate with corrupt bureaucrats for volatile Aether-fuel.
  • 🏁 The Silverpine Centennial Sky-Gauntlet: A fully realized Abstract Chase/Race System. Players take on specific roles (Pilot, Copilot, Engineer, Gunner) to manage the ship's speed, hull integrity, and heat levels while dodging environmental hazards like the Spire Slalom and the Smelter’s Breath.
  • 🐉 A Massive Twist: The "helpless widow" patron is not who she seems. The finale features a cinematic confrontation with an Ancient Green Dragon that will leave your players breathless.
